They will encourage you to be open and honest with each other, supporting you to communicate effectively and identify your needs from each other. The emphasis is on supporting you both to understand the situation from each other's perspective, so that you both have a sense of the 'whole picture'.
Couples Therapists don't try to keep the relationship together, rather they support you both to find the outcome that is best for the two of you. Sometimes this will mean separation, but rest assured our therapists will be there to support you both with whatever you decide.
