Putting people at the heart of what we do
Valued Living was founded to bridge the gap between brief, standardised support and the more specialist psychological input many people need. We work with people who may be functioning day to day, but still experiencing trauma, distress, work-related mental health difficulties or complex emotional needs that require thoughtful, adapted and clinically informed care.
Our work is formulation-led, meaning we adapt evidence-based models such as CBT, EMDR and Counselling to the person, rather than fitting people into a rigid pathway. We aim to keep therapy accessible, flexible and welcoming, with remote and face-to-face appointments available from 9am to 9pm, seven days per week.
We also believe good therapy depends on supported therapists. We work hard to create a kind, fair and clinically thoughtful environment for our clinicians, so they can provide safe, effective and genuinely human care.
