Where to begin?
We know it can be difficult reaching out for support, and that's why at Valued Living makes it easier for everyone to access talking therapies.
We offer two routes into therapy:
The first route is for people who are unsure what type of therapy will be most helpful. Once you've got in touch via our booking form, we offer a 45 minute telephone/video conversation which is aimed at getting a general overview of your difficulties and what options are available to you.
The second route into therapy is for people who know what type of therapy that they require. Simply get in touch using our booking form and we can book you in for your first therapy session with one of our expert clinicians.
Your therapist will then support you up to the point that you feel ready to end therapy. In a few cases, it might be found that accessing therapy right now might not be the best time, or that the types of therapy that we offer aren't right for you. It doesn't happen often, but we always make sure that you have all the information that you need to find the right support before you leave us.
