Psychological services for organisations

Clinically governed psychological pathways for occupational health providers, insurers, employers and public-sector organisations.

Working with organisations

Valued Living provides clinically governed psychological services for organisations across the UK. We offer centralised referral management, prompt client contact, appropriate clinician matching, outcome monitoring and clear reporting throughout the referral pathway.

We work with occupational health providers, insurers, employers, rehabilitation companies and public-sector organisations through individual referrals, ongoing provider arrangements and tailored service pathways.

Our stepped-care model enables referrals to move between brief focused intervention and more specialist psychological treatment according to clinical need. We provide neurodivergence-adapted therapy, flexible outcome monitoring and secure digital referral and reporting processes tailored to each organisation.

Outcomes and Performance

In two occupational health contract audits of CBT and EMDR referrals, predominantly involving PTSD and trauma-related presentations, all clients who completed treatment demonstrated reliable clinical improvement, while 80% achieved clinical recovery.

Clients attended an average of 14 sessions across the two datasets, reflecting the complexity and trauma-related nature of the referrals while maintaining a structured, time-limited approach.

These clinical improvements can contribute to better work-related functioning, reduced sickness absence and improved workplace engagement.

Professional accessing psychological support remotely

* Based on two reviews of NHS ambulance service occupational health contracts: 32 participants treated between January and April 2024, and 39 participants treated between February 2024 and January 2025. Outcomes were measured using the PHQ-9, GAD-7 and PCL-5. Clients attended an average of 14 sessions across the combined datasets.
